Market Watch Issue – Rates not updating
Checks:
Verify error screenshot by getting the details of error faced or by doing a screen sharing with customer
In TT.EXE setting HO network should not be selected in case user is accessing application from outside of IIFL Network and vice versa
Resolution:
Open TT.EXE application
Before login, go to Settings Tab and Peform below:
User connected to HO Network – “HO Network” option should be selected as shown below
User/clients/customers not connected to HO Network - “HO Network” option should not be selected as shown below
