Request for Deleting an entry (Activation Delete)

Checks:

  • Verify whether ID is in lead tracker/Report Tracker:

    • Check in Eaccount lead tracker if he ID is in activation team queue or Insta

    • If the status shows as pending in activation team queue or pending for verification, connect with activation team

    • If you get a message in Eaccount as no record found then check the same in Activation link Report Tracker.(Note: This is for Offline Clients created using the Activation Link.)


Resolution:

  • As per the frontend option, Connect with ativation team to get the ID delete.


Note: App support team don’t have rights to delete any IDs.

(If facing any such Error: “ID is either locked or UCC for the ID is done”) then

raise a zoho ticket and assign it to app support team with proper details and error screenshot.
