Request for Deleting an entry (Old Process)

Checks:

  • Verify whether ID is created using the Old Process by following below steps:

    • Check the RM code form the lead tracker

    • If the ID is Visible in the Edit tab of Eaccount Portal means the ID is created using the Eaccount(Old Link) (Iserve.Kyc link i.e: OLD Process)


Resolution:

  • Ask the assigned RM or lead owner to get it delete from frontend provided


Note: App support team don’t have rights to delete any IDs.

If facing any such Error: “Unable to delete the ID as Payment is already done”) then raise a zoho ticket and assign it to app support team with proper details and error screenshot.
