Checks:

  • POA Should be updated in NSDL/CDSL and back office

  • DP ID should be default


Resolution:

  • Kindly contact connect with Activation team if POA is not updated in Back Office.

  • Kindly contact connect with DP team if POA is not updated in NSDL/CDSL.
